Throughout our years in education, I have learned that true learning happens when students feel seen, supported, and challenged to reach their fullest potential.  My educational journey—spanning years of classroom teaching, curriculum development, and student mentorship—have taught me that education is not about delivering passive instruction, but about sparking lifelong curiosity. Every experience I’ve had as educators has reinforced a core belief: when students are encouraged to think critically, embrace mistakes as growth, and connect their learning to the world around them, their capacity to achieve is limitless. Ms. Zawidski and I bring a shared vision into our leadership every day, using our background to foster a safe, dynamic environment where adaptive teaching meets high standards, ensuring every student is empowered to discover their unique strengths and write their own story of success.
